How to Make Money Through Photography

Do you enjoy taking photos? If so, you might be interested in earning money through photography. I'll cover the basics of what it takes to make a few bucks from your hobby and offer some great tips on getting started. 

All you need is a camera (smartphone) and an internet connection - no expensive gear necessary! 

1. Shutterstock contributor is a popular way for photographers to make money. This blog on Shutterstock Contributors will provide you with tips on how you can get started and earn through photography, as well as what the benefits are of being a Shutterstock contributor. The more time you spend learning about this site, the better equipped you'll be to start earning right away!

2. Amazon is another money-making opportunity for photographers, with Amazon Associates being a program that will pay you by referring people to the site and leaving links on your website or blog.

3. You can also sell stock photos through an agency such as Alamy. If your work stands out, you may even become famous over time!

4. To make money, you can also sell your photos to a magazine or a newspaper. Many photographers will scan their images and send them out via email for someone else to purchase the rights from them.

5. Try creating a website that showcases your photography skills and sells photos or creates photo calendars! You can even create an Etsy shop if you'd like.

6. Try making money through social media! Sites such as Instagram and Facebook give you the opportunity to promote your work for money, so take advantage of it!

7. Many photographers will also sell their photos on an app or website that specializes in stock photography.
